Principle
The purification system is based on the reversal of current silica based methods. Inhibiting substances (proteins, low molecular weight substances etc.) are retained by a sorbent contained in small spin columns, while DNA is recovered.
Using this new innovative purification system it is possible to get pure DNA in only 4 minutes after lysis in a single centrifugation step. The resulting DNA has the correct purity for all widely known molecular diagnostic tests.
